quote A post on Cruiser's Forum led me to your Cruising Cape Breton web site.
Thank you! I plan to do the Downeast Loop next year, and with the wealth of information on your site I now know much more about this leg of the trip. I suspect the Anchorage & Harbour Charts will help immensely.”

quote Hi, all. I stumbled across your fabulous web site and want to thank all involved for sharing such great info.”  —Duane, Punta Gorda, FL

quote Just wanted to say "what a great job you have done with the Cruising guide for the Bras d'Or Lakes System". You have kept it simple and very easy to follow. I love the way you have done the overview of an area and then have the detail chartlets and description of each area.
This summer is the second time I sailed to the Bras d'Or Lakes. This time using the Cruising guide made it easy to find new anchorages. The chartlets made it very easy getting in & out of the coves. Using only regular charts & GPS I was never sure the best route in & out of the cove or if I should be going in the cove. I was always guessing on where the best route was. The chartlets have it clearly marked where to go and the descriptions explain things to be careful of.
It is great that you have been able to provide the PDF on-line and it is free. Great Job!”

quote I just returned from spending two weeks cruising the Lakes. I think your cruising guide is the best…very informative, more details that those provided on the CHS charts (safety) and the history adds a nice touch.” —Robert, Home Port: Hubbards Cove, NS

While searching the internet in Deltaville we found one guide [Cruising-Cape-Breton.info], at the nice investment price of 'free', that is proving very helpful for the Bras d'Or Lakes.” —Dena, s/v Hold Fast

quote This is a great site. Congratulations! Please include the Strait of Canso and Port Hawkesbury.” —Bert, Port Hawkesbury

quote I have the old book of Cruise Cape Breton and refer to it often. It's so nice to see the information being updated. The new charts are so much clearer than the book. Great job, keep it up.” —Steve, Newfoundland

As you may know the CCA is planning a 90th anniversary cruise to the Bras d'Ors this summer [2012]. We started with Roy's Cruise Cape Breton in our planning, but then lucked in to your wonderful Dobson Yacht Club site with all your updated chartlets. We have taken the liberty of copying a number of these both digitally and in hard copy for personal use and as guides to visiting yachtsmen. They are a wonderful resource. We'll suggest to our members if they have "add ons" they should send them to you.” —Gail

quote Hi: Just downloaded it. It worked fine. It will be nice to have the charts accessible like this. We have an old copy of the book, but it's great to have instant info on hand anytime. We have a bungalow on South Side Boularderie where we have our Seidelmann 245. The Bras d'Or is a beautiful place to sail. Thanks for thinking of us mac users.” —Cheryl

quote Just came across your web site in my research here, very nice resource.” —Mark, Cape Cocagne NB

quote Nice work on the website! Many of our vessels here at Barrachois Harbour Yacht Club near Tatamagouche cruise the Bras d'Ors every year.” —Steve, Tatamagouche NS
